All American Modular gives back to the community by supporting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. JDRF has funded more research for diabetes than any other charity in the world. When a family member was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 3 All American Modular decided to donate a portion of all home sales to JDRF. Type 1 is an autoimmune disease that strikes both children and adults causing their pancreas to stop producing insulin. Since people with Type 1 can’t rely on their own bodies to produce insulin anymore they must receive it through injections or by wearing an insulin pump 24 hours a day.
