Several months ago, I started the wonderful journey of having my first home built. After researching the possibility of having a regular home built, I came to the decision that I would go in the direction of a manufactured home. I was fortunate enough to be put in touch with Ranse Gale of All American Modular. I had researched several avenues to obtaining a manufactured home and Mr. Gale was the answer to my prayers. Mr. Gale was extremely knowledgeable regarding the entire process in the purchase of my new home. I gave Mr. Gale my thought of a floor plan and he was able to suggest a model/manufacturer that fit my request perfectly. Mr. Gale offered ideas and suggestions that would make my new home even better. Mr. Gale was able to provide contacts for every area that I needed to complete the building of my first home. He was my ‘one stop shopping’. Every conversation ended with the reassurance that if I had ANY questions on ANYTHING, that I could contact Mr. Gale and he would obtain an answer for me. AND HE DID! If I am ever in the position to have another home built, I will use Mr. Gale in a heartbeat!! I now consider Mr. Gale a friend that I will cherish always.
